Another "Duets" Album: Jack Rabbit's Suggestion

In 1993 Elton recorded a "Duets" album with a wide range of artists. If sometime Elton would love to repeat the experience, Jack Rabbit have the list of tracks and the artists to sing with. The project might pay tribute to the best songs ever written and might count with some very special partners, combining old mates, young artists and a freak quote too. The track listing might be:

1
& Mary J. Blige
Immortality
(The Bee Gees)

2
& Michael Stipe
Have I told you lately
(Van Morrison)

3
& Alicia Keys
Careless Whisper
(George Michael)

4
& Chris Martin
Desperado
(The Eagles)

5
& Boy George
California Girls
(The Beach Boys)

6
& Axl Rose
November Rain
(Guns'n'Roses)

7
& Barry Gibb
You Are Everything
(Marvin Gaye & Diana Ross)

8
& Rufus Wainwright
The Man Who Sold The World
(David Bowie)

9
& Jon Bon Jovi
The River
(Bruce Springsteen)

10
& Nelly Furtado
Everybody Hurts
(Rem)

11
& Barbra Streisand
Somewhere
(Leonard Bernstein, "West Side Story")

12
& Lionel Richie
Yesterday
(The Beatles)

13
& Robbie Williams
Suspicious Minds
(Elvis Presley)

14
& Paul Mc Cartney
My Generation
(The Who)

15
& Celine Dion
We All fall In Love Sometime / Curtains
(Elton John / Bernie Taupin)

A Facebook group is created for the occasion. If we could reach a high number of people ready to buy this hypothetical album, in case Elton decided to do it something similar, maybe someone from record company have an idea. If not, I would prefer that one here than the 1993 original release. Just dreamin', sorry ;-)
